Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and included materials.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the item you’d like instead. Exchanges depend on availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss the available options.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos where helpful. We’ll review the details and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider.
